"I recently purchased a Lexus is300 and needed a quote for auto and little did I know with life insurance you save a lot more money combining both policies! I’m 28 and i saved a lot of money a year/month based on both plans. Paola helped me with my policies and I wouldn’t ask for any other agent than Paola. She helped me with any question or concerns. Quoted within a minutes!! Super fast and knows both English and Spanish. The Lexus is a sports car but I don’t drive fast anymore so I also upped the level coverage and used Safe and Save which adds more coverage depending on your speeding and driving record. Thank you so much. God bless and ask for Paola :) I’d like to add on the safe and save, I’ve saved 100$ a month just but using the extra coverage. "When you need State Farm the most, despite how long you have been with them, you have a good chance of being disappointed. All surrounding homes were approved for roofs except ours and a direct neighbor who also had State Farm. While now stuck getting bids to pay out of pocket, despite hail/storm damage, all 3 companies guessed our agency on the first try. One contractor even said, “Let me guess, State Farm.” I was floored. Truly thought State Farm was a “good” insurance company. There are many other insurance places…go for them if you are unsure. Especially those of us who pay on time, in full, and have pride in property will get taken advantage of. In response to John’s follow up: We attempted to get in direct contact with you; however, we were told you were out of town. Message left and call never returned. On our 2nd attempt to contact you directly, an assistant reopened our claim and now it appears as if we are “claimers” even though we just wanted an explanation as to why we were declined as no one was ever on our roof to inspect it. BTW we have had our roofed patched TWICE due to leaks since the storm in April…coincidence?"
